Residential

Residential subdivisions, single-family and townhome lots, and residential condominiums — from annexation and rezoning through recorded lots and finished product. Recent work includes Winpenny, a 79-acre subdivision annexed into the City of Frederick in 2024 with a maximum of 316 lots, along with forest conservation, stream restoration, and parkland. JL Property Advisors brings a systematic approach to working with jurisdictions, aligning what the county or city wants with what the project needs to pencil.
